Sales Manager - Field Marketing/ Direct Sales Face2face Design & Communication - Helsinki

The CompanyFace2Face is a North Europe market leader within the Field Marketing/Field Sales and digital marketing industry, working with clients representing numerous strong and well-established brands like American Express, DNB, Shell, Pfizer, VISA and Warner Music. The Agency has over 200 employees operating in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Zürich.
Whit our excellent operation platform, Face2Face is now entering Finland and require a Sales Manager with passion for entrepreneurship and excellent people skills, who can lead the establishment of the sales and promotions organization in the Finish market.
The Position
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a rapidly changing, team-oriented environment, who likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make an impact.

The Sales Manager reports to the Country Manager of Finnland. He or She is fully accountable for the sales management, results and development of the Finnish sales operation. Based in Helsinki, this entity serves the domestic market segment. According to the intention for further development, the Finnish salesforce will grew rapidly during 2015 and 2016. This workforce will mainly consist of young sales- and marketing professionals/promoters.

The Field Marketing and Sales team will be established and operating in all the major cities of Finnland.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Manage the Belgian field sales and Promotions operations
•Educate, train and manage Team Leaders and Promoters
•Implement and execute all sales campaigns
•Be onsite an work whit the sales personnel/ promoters in the field 



Desired Skills and Experience

 
Minimum Requirements:
•Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in Sales / Sales management
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field or direct sales management
•Strong working knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel
•Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Dutch (competence in French is an advantage)
