The Manufacturing Software Solutions Operations Manager plans for and directs multiple operations aimed towards the successful definition, development, completion, launch and management of highly integrated fulfilment/distribution concepts.
Manages multiple disciplines and functions as a team leader or acting manager.
Jointly supports NPI program/schedules with Hardware NPI Teams.
Participate in setting corporate strategy for the assigned project/product and leads functional team in meeting that strategy.
Experience
• 10+ years of work experience in Software Design and Development.
• Project Management certification or related work experience
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• BS Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent

- Creating BRDs/CRs when operational fixes involve script changes
Jointly supports NPI program/schedules with Hardware NPI Teams.
- Ensure NPI program direction aligns with GSM resourcing and technical capabilities
- Attend selected phase gate exits and program reviews (Program Managers, Systest, Product Line Managers)
- Convert marketing requirements and product description documents into manufacturing plans and task descriptions
- Represent WWOPs Executive Management in selected phase/gate approvals
Participate in setting corporate strategy for the assigned project/product and leads functional team in meeting that strategy.
