Based in Singapore this role will encompass, building and extending client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients in an off-site environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activity. Recruiters are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. This account seeks a driven and highly motivated individual who is an excellent team player and above all is passionate about what they do.

Contribute and collaborate in Korn/Ferry International’s integrated solutions sales strategy. At all times demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity. Positive and pro-active communication skills with peers and colleagues, generosity of knowledge and experience sharing and building effective relationships within and across the business.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Understand and implement strategic methodologies involving talent pooling, market mapping and head hunting
  • Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools
  • Around 4+ years’ recruiting experiences in retail or technical industry will be a preference
  • Goal oriented and results driven
  • Positive outlook and attitude
