Responsibilities
  • Managing our Customer Success team across APAC to achieve growth in engagement with our products
  • Taking ownership for the use of App Annie products throughout clients’ organizations
  • Lead the drive for engagement by providing actionable insight, and amazing onboarding sessions
  • Making sure that yourself and your team are the most knowledgeable individuals about the market use cases of our products
  • Collaborating with App Annie's product team to address and fulfill customers' current needs and pragmatically predict future needs

You
Mandatory requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management
  • Experienced working with and supporting international customers (big and start-up) over email, telephone and Skype
  • Business savvy; ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
  • Data analysis experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate analysis
  • Mobile, app store or market data knowledge
  • Fluent in English
Preferred
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other Technical field
