The Role
Order Fulfillment Executive/Assistant X 2
Responsibilities
· Liaising with customer and factory on Order Fulfillment
· Liaising with buyer on delivery schedules updates
· Liaising with Warehouse, 3rd Party Hub and Forwarder on any logistics/shipment arrangement
· SAP system transaction
· Issuing invoices
· Maintaining and updating Master Tracking report
· Inventory Reconciliation
· Compiling weekly & monthly reports that required by Management
· Supporting SCM function
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Logistic & Supply Chain
· Minimum of 1 year experience in SCM or Customer Service
· SAP
· Basic Computer operating knowledge
· Preferred candidate with Procurement exposure
