Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is a fast-growing Specialty Pizza Restaurant concept. Candidates must be detail oriented with a passion for building customer relationships. Must have a proven ability to manage a team effectively and work towards a successful goal. Responsibilities will include financial documentation, day to day operations and staffing.
Candidates should also have the ability to show initiative and self-manage. Job duties include but are not limited to: Overall supervision of the entire restaurant, excellent customer service, inventory, ordering, P&L including food and labor costs, ability to drive sales, hiring and training and meeting company standards.

  • Must maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience; prior restaurant experience
