The Role
The Role
- Raise purchase requisition (PR) for plants’ purchases
- Receive parts from central store
- Issue parts to plants for production and to vendor for sub-out parts
- Receive finished parts from QC & VQ into inventory
- Update transactions in SAP System
- Liaise with Plant & QC on parts to be sent to other site
- Arrange to send parts to other site for production
- Cycle counting of parts in plants’ stores
- Stock arrangement in plants’ store due to space constraint
- Liaise with supplier for timely delivery of indirect materials
- Maintain good housekeeping in plants’ stores
- File documents - cycle-count reports, MTN, production pick lists etc
- Arrangement for disposal of scrap metal
- Coordinate for disposal waste chemicals & coolant by approved waste collectors
- Coordinate for shipment of inert parts to customers
- Assist in monitoring of production by vendors
- GCE 'O' or 'N' level
- Ability to use PC
- Possess forklift driving licence is preferred
- Possess a few years of relevant store work experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal skill and able to get along with colleagues
- Singaporeans only
