Description
He/she need to perform failed credit card settlement recovery and process customers’ bank transfer refunds. He/she need to perform credit card chargebacks investigation including liaising with Pacific Apple Store Back Office team & Apple Retail on customer disputes. Ensuring proper documentation on procedures and controls and to drive a strong control environment to maintain the highest standard of statutory controls and compliance. Provide excellent customer services to both external and internal customers. He/she needs to be committed to partner with corporate and regional teams to meet deliverables that are aligned with key performance metrics and service level agreements defined with key stakeholders.
He/she will also participate in systems and process improvement initiatives and projects discussion, provide decision support on to-be model. Accountable for process change management within Order-to-Cash and to make recommendations to support business growth and changes in business models in the region. Drive global consistency in system & process as well as identifying standardization and simplification opportunities.

Key Qualifications
More than 6 years of work experience, that includes at least 3 years in a US high-technology industry, Finance Shared Services environment
Strong team player with ability to manage across multiple geographies and cultures. Enjoy working in fast pace environment.
Possess strong business knowledge in Order to Cash cycle like B2B/B2C e-Commerce order fulfillment, credit card/cash receivable and reconciliation
Strong passion in Finance systems and business process excellence.
Savvy in technology, SAP financial solutions, business intelligence tool.
Experience with the SAP system is an advantage.
Accredited with process re-engineering certification like six-sigma preferred
Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to recognize issues within processes and organizations, while considering functional interdependencies.
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and timelines and adjust project and tasks accordingly.
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
