Job description
- Resolves production & quality issues ensure correction action plans are initiated and monitored.
- Assist department in achieving company’s KPI.
- Managing a section of line or production scheduling and plan workforce utilization to ensure efficient use of company resources and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- To improve the quality, efficiency and safety of the respective line and department.
- Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical or mechanical or in related discipline
- Knowledge in food / pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Troubleshooting/ resolve and recommend
- Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in Pharmaceutical/Food/Petrochemical Plant or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Knowledge in SAP system / Project Management skills
- Able to make fast decision, react efficiently to situation and able to work independently
