Procurement Manager Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd - Singapore

As a member of the procurement team within Finance, you will play an important role in the smooth operations and planning of the procurement function. Your role encompasses developing procurement strategies to achieve cost-effective results; implementing systems, policies and procedures; preparing monthly procurement reports and increasing operational efficiencies in procurement. In addition, you will ensure robust internal controls are in place and ensure compliance of procurement policies and procedures. Also, you will continuously review and improve the procurement business workflow, policies and procedures, and provide advice and assist operating divisions on procurement, accounting and budgeting issues. 

Desired Skills and Experience

· Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent professional qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in similar capacity
· Strong understanding of the procurement function from a strategic sourcing &/or supply chain management perspective
· Working knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
· Excellent team management, leadership and interpersonal skills
· Analytical, excellent attention to details, resourceful and self driven
