Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing reporting support to business users and participating on the SAP reporting team in day to day and project related activities.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, configuration, data modeling and development of SAP BW system
- Creating design specifications and functional work flow diagrams
- Evaluating improvement and modifying existing reporting system where needed
- Help to investigates, reviews, tests, and pilot reporting products.
- Provides high level assistance to various IT and SBUs with IT reporting concerns.
- Coordinating day to day work activities with the SAP Center of Excellence
- A 4-year degree in a computer-related field
- 5 years’ experience, 1-2 years’ of experience in an IT reporting support area
- Knowledge of SAP reporting tools or other ERP related software
- Knowledge of SAP Business Explorer, and BW a must. Knowledge of Business Objects, Lumira, and Cognos tool sets a plus.
