A Global financial services organization is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in Singapore. A great opportunity to join the financial services industry and growth prospects.
- Provide 1st level Technology Service desk support to users in Asia including and not limited to the following:
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, wireless handheld, video & audio conference device and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Manage vendor, maintenance and outsourcing contracts.
- License tracking and management.
- Logging, escalating and tracking all incidents and requests to ensure relevant applicable SLAs are met.
- Work and co-ordinate with external service providers for requisitions, repairs, RMA and incident reporting.
- To perform all batch and operational duties, functions and tasks that is documented in the checklists.
- To perform basic Windows Active Directory administrative duties.
- Update and maintain documents and forms. Maintain central filing of all documents and forms.
- To work with Technology teams in other geographical regions & time zones to coordinate projects and issues
Requirements
- Minimum: ITE/ Diploma
- At least 2 years IT support experience
- Highly motivated, attention to detail and good troubleshooting skills are essential
- Good knowledge in OS installation/ PC and Laptop configuration is required
- Establishes and maintains positive and effective work relationships with co-workers, users and service providers
- Strong communication skills is essential
- Ability to provide off hour and weekend support as needed
