Senior Business Intelligence Pre-Sales Specialist- Healthcare Vertical – Singapore
Dell has established the Digital Business Services group that is responsible for providing services around the emerging and transformational technologies of Cloud, Mobility, Social Media and Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI & A). This Service group has a strong record of meeting high performance standards while delivering complex global enterprise solutions that deliver real value. Our team possesses deep industry expertise, process proficiency, and technology skill, gained through numerous prior successful experiences.
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Pre-sales Specialist to join our team.
Role Responsibilities
– Drive the Enterprise Presales function by analyzing business opportunities, assess potential markets, and develop projects for use in new marketing initiatives for our BI&A Services Group
– Drive business growth for the BI&A Practice with new and existing Dell accounts
– Meet and build relationships with CXOs with new and existing Dell Healthcare accounts to position our BI&A capabilities
– Successfully supporting the sales cycle and the Sales Executives, Client Executives and Consultants architecting BI&A solutions during the presales phase of a deal
– Architecting and setting up complex projects usually involving multiple BI&A products or multiple platforms
– Analyzes customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and applies principles, concepts and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies
– Ensure availability of suitable collaterals and trials for the offerings
– Coordinate internally with other Dell Service lines and delivery teams to have a compelling portfolio
Requirements
– 10+ years of relevant Business Intelligence and Analytics experience with a solid technical understanding in one or more of the following technologies: Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Data Warehousing and how the independent systems work together and should be architected
– Strong BI solutions presales experience and ability to propose solid solutions to meet customer requirements
– Must understand core BI&A and data warehouse concepts, data modeling, ETL & Data Integration, and reporting tools and advanced analytics
– Must have deep technical experience in integration of multiple BIA systems to produce complex analytical reports as well as determine scope, duration, resources required prior to beginning a project
– Experience in Healthcare, specifically area of payer and/or provider
Preferences
– Experience from a Consulting organization
– Certification(s) (TDWI, PMP, etc.)
