Compensation for this full time position is $45,000. We offer BCBS health and dental insurance. We offer a 401k program. We provide paid vacations, holidays and sick days.
We are an established business with over 23 years experience in the graphics signage and printing industry, As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an additional qualified Field Service Technician.

• Your primary responsibilities will be to provide installation & training for the large format digital printers that we offer.
• You must be able to lift over 100 Lbs. in order to install these large format printers.
• You will travel around the Chicago area about 2-3 days a week in company vehicles.
• You will also be responsible for providing phone support for these printers.
• You will also be trained to repair and refurbish these printers on-site and in-house.
• You should possess a great deal of common sense and demonstrate problem solving skills.
• You should have experience building and/or repairing windows based pc's running windows XP,7,8.
• Any network experience is a plus.
• Experience with large format printers, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw is a big plus.
• We will provide the training and certifications for the right individual.
• You must have previous work experience.
• You must pass a drug test and background check.
• You must have a college degree or at least 2 years college experience.
