Gavdi Denmark is seeking an experienced controller Gavdi - Copenhagen Area, Capital Region, Denmark

Based on Gavdi’s continued growth we are seeking an experienced international controller.

Gavdi Shared Service Finance is handling Gavdi Groups subsidiaries collected finance and administrative functions all supported by a group common SAP system setup. The finance department employs 7 people who are located respectively in Dubai and Copenhagen. The position is referring to Gavdi‘s Group CFO.

JOBDESCRIPTION

As our international controller, you will:

• Be responsible for the Danish subsidiaries book keeping, month-end and year-end procedures
• Ensure continued process optimization and analysis of the group’s financial data
• Constantly seek to ensure the group and subsidiaries
• Report with high quality and within agreed deadlines

The job role will have broad interface to the Group’s employees and external business partners. Travelling and extended stays abroad should be expected.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATONS

• Broad experience as a controller/chief accountant from an international finance department where you have been exposed broadly to the different tasks
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the responsibility for; controlling tasks and preparation of month-end and year-end reporting  
• Good communication skills oral as well as written (English and preferably Danish)
• Relevant education
• User experience within FI/CO is a must as we are using SAP as our core IT system
• You are a MS Excel super user

Preference will be given to applicants with experience from the consulting industry or similar.
