Experienced Italian speaking Chef with Italian cuisine experience required to work on a remote Oil & Gas site in Saudi Arabia . Work for the world’s leading remote site catering company

The full spectrum of services offered ranges from the design and build of camp structures to total facility and security management, to operational support in catering, housekeeping, technical services, logistics, and management of third party services.

Due to massive growth across our Saudi Arabian business, we are currently seeking a Head chef with extensive Italian cuisine experience to work across a number of remote onshore Oil and Gas sites. These are busy, high volume kitchens, which caters for a multinational workforce with a high concentration of Italian workers. This role will require you to work to a busy schedule and depending on your shift, will mean catering for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a view to provide predominantly quality Italian dishes. It is essential that you have a good knowledge of hot and cold Italian and other European cuisine, along with an advanced knowledge of food safety (HACCP) principles. 

This role is residential. Therefore, you would need to relocate to Saudi Arabia. We encourage international applications. 30 days annual leave and two Flights will be provided each year by Compass Group for you to return to your home country. The ability to speak Italian will be highly regarded for this position.

This role would suit someone with:

• previous experience working in a remote location,
• Extensive experience cooking traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine (This is Essential)
• Has spent time working in European restaurants
• Is able to re-locate to Saudi Arabia
