As a member of our Commercial Systems Group, you will be responsible for effectively managing and maintaining our Cost Transparency process, allowing transparency of costing information to our commercial teams, and ensuring our internal systems are managed in sync.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
- Input all supplier general price adjustments to customer special pricing (CSP’s) on a national basis.
- Upload the completed and approved CSP’s into SAP;
- Inputs price/cost changes into the National Price Book (NPB), and maintain the database in an accurate and up-to-date manner;
- Input, upload, and maintain the national price change log;
- Assist in the Bid and Tender Process as it relates to pricing;
- Run and circulate the Daily National Report, Inventory and MAC reports;
- Create and maintain Product Information Records (PIR’s);
- Input, upload and maintain appropriate costing and pricing into the SAP system;
- Provide administrate support on various projects
- Assist the Cost Coordinator with the semi-annual price increase implementation;
- Establish strong business relationships with internal customers including the Commercial Team as well as our Product Management group;
- Contribute and participate in the continuous improvement initiatives with overall team success in accordance with company policies
Desired Skills and Experience
- Post-Secondary education with a focus in Business, Financial or equivalent
- Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge would be considered an asset
