Our client, a leader in the Ad Tech and Brand Intelligence space are looking for a Business Director for their key client. The client is looking for an experienced digital account management specialist to join the team and take lead of the account. Experience in handling multiple stakeholders is essential. With regards to the key focuses of the role, the client would be looking for this Director to:
- Understand and integrate themselves within the client account
- Have a commercial approach to managing the account with the client. Consultative but Strategic
- Develop strategies and approaches to build revenue from the account
- Manage the account team to ensure Gold Star service is always given to the client
- Push the boundaries with regards to new, exciting, innovative ideas for the client to get best value from the company
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital account management, agency, or related roles
- A commercial acumen that can be supported by KPIs/targets
- A proven track record of achievements against objectives and targets
- Strong understanding of the mobile and digital landscape
- Ability to manage all multiple stakeholders from various levels of the clients business
- Experience applying analytics in a business environment, ideally in mobile/ media/ digital
- Confidence in approaching new revenue streams with a client account for a growing company
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Great network and connections within industry (agency/brands)
- Great attention to detail
- Well developed communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to show problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Office
