An investment bank is actively looking for Manager, SAS Business Analytics to join Sales Performance Management, Private Banking section. This is a 6 months contract with possibility of conversion to permanent or extension of contract.
You will provide guidance to country team in the execution of RM scorecard principles and policies, secure data management environment to facilitate business analytics at client level, ensure appropriate controls over scorecard computation processes to evaluate sales performance. You will strongly drive the cross-border, cross -segment tracking and reporting processes to ensure number accuracy. You will develop business intelligence reporting to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders in their management of human capital and provide independent reporting between sales and products/ customers sales performance to enable consistency in reporting and hence enabling fact-based decision making
Ideal candidates are Bachelor Degree holders majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years experience in business intelligence or data warehousing programming. SAS programming experience is necessary. Your project management skills and system implementation across regions are added value.
