Senior HR Admin Advisor (One Year Contract)

To deliver HR administrative support and advice including provision of support to a range of HR Global SAP processes within the client groups/business units and third party vendor management. 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  1. Provide administration support and process guidance on tenancy matters, Eg. Tenancy Agreement, Hotel booking, Service Apartment confirmation, housing and school security deposit refunds.
  2. Provide administration support and process guidance on immigration matters, including immigration services not in scope of the shared services global processes.
  3. Ensure Global SAP end to end administration to process HR related payments and to provide accruals during month-end close for Finance reporting on operating lease commitments.
  4. Process expense claims for HR related charges paid using department credit card assigned to this role.
  5. Support pension administration and related activities.
  6. Provides administration support on personal income tax reporting matters.
  7. Maintain accurate and up to date files/records and knowledge management information as dictated by individual processes and records retention policy.
  8. Provide day-to-day support on other payroll administration and operational activities.
  9. Involvement in continuous improvement projects as required.


Requirements 

a ) Good working knowledge of HR policy, SAP P91 and GSAP functionalities with minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience. 

b) Strong communication & interpersonal skills – able to coordinate changes with other business organizations e.g. HR Service Centre, Centre of Excellence teams, third party vendors, etc. 

c) Possess strong fact-gathering and analytical abilities which are vital for understanding the end-to-end processes, impact and risk assessment before proposing any issue resolution. 

d) Resourceful, possess initiative and strong organizing and documentation skills. 

e) Knowledge in Singapore Income Tax Regulations will be advantageous. 

f) Understand and comply with Data Protection Legislation.
