Job description

• Responsible for management of the SAP landscape for the Asia Australia region as part of the Healthcare Customer Services RHQ AA Organization, in collaboration with Global HC IT CS, HC IT, GS IT and Country IT organization.
• Ultimate goal is to be the central point for all SAP topics for the CS business, supporting definition of process/IT enhancements, as well as ensure systems stability & operations excellence within the region.
• Assume a pivotal role in mergers, acquisitions, business consolidations and divestitures in a large SAP footprint with regional and global focus.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Have at least Diploma in IT or equivalent,
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Service business experience necessary for understanding of CS challenges.
• Project management experience necessary since many topics are based on project-driven activities.
• Experience in handling mergers, acquisitions, business consolidations and divestitures in a large SAP footprint.
• Expected travelling - 25% in Asia & Australia region.
