What’s the role?
Working within a strong and experienced Retail recruitment team for mentoring and support, you will utilise your knowledge of the Retail, Luxury and Fashion markets in Singapore to effectively source suitable candidates for your client companies. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Source and headhunt suitable candidates for your clients
- Liaise and co-ordinate with clients to ensure their hiring needs are met efficiently
- Sell & market your services to potential clients on the phone, over email and in person
- Consult and advise your candidates and clients to ensure a best fit for both parties
- Develop your personal brand in the market so you become a ‘go to’ person

Who are we looking for?
This is a highly specialised field so it is vital to us that you have a strong practical knowledge and experience of the industry. We will look for you to exhibit the following:
- At least 3 years experience either as a client facing Retail professional or a recruiter specialising in the Retail or FMCG field
- Great presentation and communication skills – you’ll need to know how to grab the interest of people in your market
- Confidence to sell your services and knowledge to clients – a strong professional network will help you a lot
- Drive and desire to have stronger earning potential and influence
- The right mindset - honest, flexible and reliable, with the determination to succeed
