Job Responsibilities:
- Collect hiring requirements and source suitable candidates for job opportunities
- Conduct phone screening, face-to-face interview and shortlist candidates providing recommendations to in-house hiring managers. In addition, providing professional and timely feedback to candidates
- Prepare and present candidate resume in a professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with in-house hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and build candidate database
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge in IT / prior exposure to IT industry
- Preferably with 1-2 years of prior working experience in IT recruitment / end-to-end recruitment
- CEI (Basic) certified is an advantage
- Results-oriented and target driven
- Strong interest in meeting, engaging and managing people from different backgrounds
- Ability to utilize different social media to generate connections
- Strong social networking skills, experience in building rapport and client relationships
- Self-disciplined, detail minded, hardworking, pro-active, willing and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills in English
- Singaporeans preferred
