You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of the Energy industry. You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers' operations within these facilities. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers and building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in marketing of storage of crude oil and other hydrocarbons to be stored at Jurong Rock Caverns, and finalisation of storage contracts with guidance from JTC's management. You will also need to monitor and review prices and services of other storage facilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
Background in Engineering, Real Estate, Building/Project & Facilities Management, Geography, Economics, Business, or any related field. Relevant experience would be an advantage.
