Digital Project Executive

We are looking for a Project Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects utilizing effective project management methodologies.  Key project executive responsibilities includes assisting in creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint.

Responsibilities:

• Strong Project Management skills – solid understanding of methodologies and ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications to manage timelines, resources and schedules. Ability to manage all stakeholder relationship. 

• Planning & Estimation – Manage multiple projects/campaigns in parallel. Being able to develop project plans and work out basic statistics to achieve desired level of confidence in the estimate. 

• Issue and Risk Management – Be constantly updated of all issues and risks. Proactively report the track status to project leadership and suggest solutions to ensure effective delivery. 

• Quality – Track and report project metrics to ensure compliance to quality. To initiate corrective measures proactively when needed and work with the team members towards compliance of the branding guidelines. 

• Stakeholder Management – Effectively manage third-party partner relationships and assist account services in managing client relationships and preparation for client meetings. Participate in conducting client workshops and provide daily contact for the client on project statuses. 

• Technical – Basic level of understanding of HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite and video encoding, to assist creative and developers with rich media solutions. Experience in producing wireframes and workflow diagrams and mid-level knowledge in digital space, innovation and technologies.
