IT Infrastructure Manager Far East Organization - Singapore

Job description

• Organize and manage team in the design, deployment, configuration, operation and maintenance of infrastructure system, ERP & corporate applications and network appliances
• Analyse and compile timely management reports with regards to infrastructure projects, systems & applications, network appliances and inventory
• Responsible for end-to-end processes on IT infrastructure equipment and software procurement
• Manage IT outsourced operations to ensure contractual obligations are set and successfully delivered by service providers
• Allocate resources and manage support to Service Desk on escalated cases to ensure service level guarantee (SLG) is met
• Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure in line with the stipulated Service Level Guarantee (SLG). Manage recovery process and prepare incident reports in cases of system outages
• Lead team to develop comprehensive set of standard operating procedures (SOP) to achieve operational efficiency

Desired Skills and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 10 years of working experience in project management and infrastructure support
• Certification in PMP/CITPM/ITIL/CCNA/MCSE will be advantageous
• Experience in procurement, operation, vendor and resource management
• Experience in managing ERP infrastructure landscape including SAP software and Basis Administration
• Possess excellent logical thinking, communication (written and verbal communication) and leadership skills
