Our client is a Global leading brand in the Management Consulting Industry. They have offices across the world and are in the process of building out their APAC business. Their Global relationships have given them excessive demand in Singapore, HK and China. If you’d like to be a part of the foundation of this exciting regional build out, please read on.

The Position: 

As an Engagement Manager you will have direct responsibility for running client relationships, project streams and managing teams of consultants and senior consultants. The firm have demand across Banks and Insurance companies and typically work on the following:

• Process Improvements
• Target Operating Model Design and implementation
• Regulatory Programs
• Digital transformation
• Organisational Structure and Transformation
• Big Data Analytics
• IT Strategy

As part of the leadership team you will work closely with the Regional Managing Partner to build the culture in the Singapore office and deliver excellent value to your clients and more junior team members.

You: 

You MUST have at least 5 – 7 years Management consulting experience in the Financial Services and Insurance sector. And be confident of delivering projects in the above domain to a very high standard. You will welcome the career opportunities that an office start up can offer and be ready to progress quickly if you have the capacity to take on more responsibility.
