Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the F&B Division. On top of performing secretarial responsibilities for the Director of Food & Beverage, he/she acts as an administrative assistant, coordinating the activities of the F&B Office, in matters pertaining to appointments, transportation, mail and other general affairs, ensuring the smooth workflow of the division.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Proficient in all MS Office applications.
Pleasant, positive and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and social skills.
Customer focused with good follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong administrator and well organized.
Able to work independently under pressure.
