Exciting opportunity for a recruiter from contingent/exec search background to join a specialist search firm focussing on Private Equity firms and businesses backed by them.
We are working with a specialist Exec Search firm and Specialist Networking/Intelligence business, who supply exclusively into the Private Equity and Venture Capital market, throughout the UK and Europe.
They have been in business since the late 90s and are a boutique firm who have a very clear focus. As a result of their growth plans, they are interested in hiring several experienced recruiter/headhunters, who can focus on a niche market area, and originate deals through networking, business development, attending events and building a personal brand through various channels.
The firm specialise in recruiting Chairmen, NEDs, CEOs, CFOs and other senior positions to portfolio companies on a permanent and interim basis. Supported by an in-house research team, they identify, assess and present entrepreneurial candidates with a strong track record of working with investors to maximise value.
You will be working with very high calibre professionals, who expect very high levels of service and serious professionalism/consultancy. The upside is there is a very good salary on offer, with the chance to earn very good upside, as they pay out anywhere from 1/3 of what you bill, up to 50% for billings over £500K.
You will be reporting into the business owners and working very closely with the research team, who will be constantly on hand to help you identify and source the most appropriate and attractive candidates within your field.
