Currently we are seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinator to join our team at our distribution center in Lewisville, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management for Logistics operations and development of the SAP system.
- Perform ongoing actions necessary to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the Distribution Center Warehouse Management System (SAP).
- Provide on-site technical and training support for the Distribution Operation with respect to the Warehouse Management System and its associated equipment.
- Perform activities necessary to support special projects that involve integration with SAP.
- Interact daily with the IT Department to develop SAP. Manage and participate in Regression Testing during new releases of SAP as well as testing of any other country specific changes that occur that could impact Supply Chain.
- Coordinate cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
- Analyze the process of revising the current slotting, tools used, and the frequency and make the recommendation of the optimal process.
- Communicate daily with Warehouse Supervision and staff to troubleshoot issues.
- Represent Supply Chain at various meetings/functions where other business units are also present.
- Perform any other projects/duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager.

- High school diploma and/or GED.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of previous SAP experience and/or distribution/warehousing experience. Strongest candidate will have both.
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with team members, vendors and customers.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
- Ability to work independently and willingness to make decisions and act on them.
- Ability to work under pressure during periods of high volume shipping.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy while handling large workloads in a professional business manner.
