They are seeking talented, creative and motivated Software Engineers with strong analytical skills, a collaborative work ethic and cutting-edge technical skills to join their development team. Within the role you will be responsible for the tech deliverables which include; design, robust technical solution implementation, testing and documentation. You will ideally be a expert in Java or Scala with a good understanding of design patterns, data structure and algorithms.
You'll work hard/play hard, be paid well and get a MacBook Pro (amongst plenty of other cool stuff!).
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with Linux, Unix
- Relevant Java/JEE and Javascript/JQuery/Ajax experience
- Knowledge of Scala, Play Framework, React, Angular .j.s, Backbone.j.s, NodeJS would be an advantage
- User of best coding practices and methodologies like TDD, BDD. CI, design patterns
- Competent in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferable)
- Must have experience with a distributed version control system (git, hg)
- Must be able to show passion AND creativity
