Overview

The SAP BI BOBJ Developer is responsible to all aspects of the delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) solution and related components: interfaces, conversions, Hardware /Software oversight

Main responsibilities

• Assess long-term strategic goals for BI development in conjunction with end users and managers
• Design and deliver end-user training and training materials; provide technical support as necessary.
• Develop graphs and portal interfaces.
• Design, code, test, and document all new or modified BI systems, applications, and programs.
• Analyse user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Expert understanding of SAP Business Objects product.
• BOBJ Suite (Webi, OLAP Analysis,Explorer etc)
• SAP Lumira
• Design Studio and related Scripting
• Analysis for Office
• Xcelsius Dashboard
• Knowledge on HANA database
• Crystal Reports
• Java scripting
• Previous consulting/retail experience preferred
• Experience delivering performance, scalable systems
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
• Experience in SAP BW will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Retail reporting will be an added advantage
