The US Sr. Project Manager/ Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for the creation and delivery of US based IT projects and Programs. This includes ensuring all deliverables, dates, and budgets are executed according to clear plans. The PM will need to be highly collaborative; working across the: Infrastructure, Applications, GLOBALFOUNDRIES internal/external delivery, and Business Teams.
· SAP PM Implementation / Roll Out
· Coordinate with Core Implementation Team to roll out applications
· Coordinate with Business to get the solution implemented
· Conduct Testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Test
· Configuration activities for enhancements as needed.
· Data Migration Activities
· Release Management for new applications / bug fixes
· Documentation as per GLOBALFOUNDRIES guidelines
· SAP PM / EAM Application Support
· Daily monitoring of Production system for any functional related issues
· Coordinate with cross team for resolving issues
· Production support after any new release of application
· Issue tracking and monitoring and resolution with agreed time lines with business
· Master data maintenance
· User account management with Security Roles
· Documentation as per GLOBALFOUNDRIES guidelines
· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor or Master degree in an engineering, science or computer science discipline
· 5+ years of expertise in SAP PM/EAM Functional
· Strong knowledge of Material Handling including Inventory Management and Purchasing
· Must have experience in rolling out large enterprise applications in a production environment
· Must have strong knowledge of the NWBC and MRS
· Basic understanding of SAP PI middleware as well as SAP solution manager
· Comfort with most aspects of SAP PM/EAM modules; for example, manage processes and application maintenance, implementation, configuration and user roles
· A solid understanding of interfaces NWBC, MRS and MII
· Familiarity with fundamental UI5
· Ability to write functional specification, user training materials
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Independent problem solving, self-direction
· Works well alone or in a team
