The Role
Working location: Kaki Bukit (Eunos)
Working days: Mon - Fri / Office hours

Responsibilities
  • for PC/ laptop hardware submission and collection
  • Attending to walk-in customers and creation of cases

Requirements
  • Nitec / Diploma in IT related field
  • No relevancy in educational studies but with related experience are welcome to apply
  • Fluent communication and able to handle and manage customers' complaints
  • Possesses basic computer knowledge
  • Training will be provided
