Duties & Responsibilities Include

Utilising our common sense approach to the science of executive search, we partner organisations globally, to enable them to attract, develop and retain upper quartile talent.

Duties & Responsibilities Include
- Writing reports analysing the firms client services
- Develop feedback or complaints procedures for the companies clients to use
- Improve client service procedures, policies and standards
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service and seek improvements
- Meeting with other managers to drive improvements to client service
- Constant adherence and input to my clients "Product and Technology" development methodology
- Keep ahead of developments in client service and Supply Chain Financing by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
- Attend internal meetings as deemed appropriate
- Support Head of Enablement in their work streams and functions
- Backup cover for:
- supplier onboarding and implementation
- operational processing
- Ensure compliance with all necessary regulatory, legal and company policy obligations
- Maintain market knowledge of good practice and competitor capability
