Client Services and Operations Analyst

This role is critical to the successful growth of my clients business.

The ideal candidate will be a true client advocate and be willing to take ownership for the connection with my clients customers. 

A proactive approach to Client Services will be vital to supporting the ongoing development of my clients solution and keeping them ahead of the competition.  This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional individual to progress in experience and responsibility within a highly dynamic company.

Duties & Responsibilities Include
  • Writing reports analysing the firms client services
  • Develop feedback or complaints procedures for the companies clients to use
  • Improve client service procedures, policies and standards 
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service and seek improvements
  • Meeting with other managers to drive improvements to client service
  • Constant adherence and input to my clients "Product and Technology" development methodology
  • Keep ahead of developments in client service and Supply Chain Financing by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
  • Attend internal meetings as deemed appropriate
  • Support Head of Enablement in their work streams and functions
  • Backup cover for:
  • supplier onboarding and implementation
  • operational processing
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary regulatory, legal and company policy obligations
  • Maintain market knowledge of good practice and competitor capability
