The SAP APO Managing Consultant will have experience with SAP Sales and Operations Planning HANA and will be responsible for successful delivery of solutions leveraging SAP B1 HANA. The Managing Consultant should have very good knowledge of S&OP business process and will be involved in developing the business case for S&OP solutions to influence operational metrics and KPIs. The Managing Consultant will leverage his/her subject matter expertise in the area of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning as well as S&OP solution design, build, customization, test & deployment towards various client engagements. The Managing Consultant will lead workshops for S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning processes, developing data maps to support the SAP S&OP Data Model.
The Managing Consultant will lead the team of junior consultants and subcontractors, and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions. The Managing Consultant will leverage project management skills to develop detailed task plan towards timely completion of project milestones. The Managing Consultant will manage client relationships, primarily with middle-management and will drive consensus on complex business solutions. The candidate should have demonstrated the capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements. The Managing Consultant must possess subject matter expertise in Sales and Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Supply planning processes of one or more industries (e.g Consumer Products, Chemicals and Petroleum, Life Sciences, Industrial Products) . - Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years experience in and functional knowledge of SAP APO DP, SNP, ECC PP and APO BI
- At least 3 years experience in S&OP and Integrated Business Process definition
- At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain Planning process definition, analysis, design, & implementation
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Fluent

- At least 5 years experience in and functional knowledge of SAP B1 Hana, SAP System,Microsoft Dynamics Pricing,APO DP, SNP, ECC PP and APO BI
- At least 5 years experience in S&OP and Integrated Business Process definition
- At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain Planning process definition, analysis, design, & implementation
- At least 3 years experience in Functional & Technical solution design & development (custom or package) and hands-on developed project deliverables – formal/structured methodology
- At least 3 years experience in Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes
- At least 2 years experience in Test plan, scenario, & script development
- At least 2 years experience in UAT execution lead role for a specific area
- At least 3 years experience in Functional & Technical Workshop delivery
- At least 3 years experience in Training material development
- At least 3 years experience in Working functional knowledge of SAP SCRM (ICON), Kinaxis, Serus
