The Role
Our client is one of the leading foreign Corporate Banks in Singapore.

With the expansion of the bank, they are currently looking for talented candidate to join their team.

E-Banking Coordinator / Electronic Banking Officer (Customer Solutions / Client Services / support) - Corporate Bank
Overview

Customer Solutions Department is responsible to identify, analyze, develop, sell & support cash management services & products to establish clients and prospective corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Notifying customer of system update and arranging appointment for template migration, system patches & token conversion.
  • Assist in the template migration, prepare customers' notification.
  • Monitor the entire migration and conversion progress
  • Provide Helpdesk support to eProduct Customers and conduct UAT for EUC developed by Singapore Branch
  • Administer the CD/USB/Singapore Laptop external device to ensure information control
  • Other assignment: On-site for system upgrade at customers' office, participating in eProducts Projects
Job Requirements
  • Tertiary Education in IT or Business Admin
  • Experience in Software Company or in Banking industry
  • Proficient in IT - Excel, Access Program
