HR Consultant / Headhunter (Home-based)
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Working hours: Mon - Fri (Flexible working hours, work from home)
Office location: Orchard
Salary: Commission basis
- Handle full recruitment cycle
- Liaise, coordinate and follow up with candidates
- Identify and develop new accounts
- Provide professional advice to both companies and candidates
- Attending business meetings/ discussion as and when required
- Achieving sales target
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in all disciplines
- 1 year of experience in recruitment / corporate sales line preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese counterparts)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Only Singaporeans need apply
