The LEGO Group is having a fast expansion focusing in Asia and Singapore is identified as the Asia hub. With this expansion, a new team has been formed – APAC Markets HR, together with this Sr. Recruitment Consultant role. 
The focus of this role will be to establish and roll out world class attraction, recruitment and on-boarding programs, and secure effective execution of this.

Support the Asian business in becoming the 3rd Core Market in the LEGO Group

The APAC HR Team is including both HR Business Partners and an HR Service Hub in Singapore. We are supporting The LEGO® Group in across Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing and Shanghai) and potentially new markets in South East Asia. The services include payroll, compensation, benefits, employment contracts, local policies, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), SAP registrations, recruitment, on-boarding and training. Furthermore, the team will support the delivery of LEGO HR Core Processes such as people review, performance management, annual merit review and individual development planning.

The recruitment and Onboarding team is a sub department of the APAC HR team. We currently have 2 Senior Recruitment Consultants and 1 Recruitment Coordinator (still being hired). This position will come in as a maternity cover for one of the recruitment consultants for a period of 1 year. 

When “Only the best is good enough” the Sr. Recruitment Consultant must possess the ability to build strong recruitment strategies for all positions to ensure we identify top talent in the market. Continually researches, recommends, and implements recommendations utilizing alternative recruitment resources, channels, partners, etc.

•Be responsible for attraction and recruitment across Asia Pacific markets ensuring brand awareness and building strong partnerships with our leaders in the organization. 
•Collaborate with global recruitment teams, HR colleagues, and global leaders to share best practices and build synergies.
•Develop and deliver training to all leaders across Asia (interviewing techniques, global recruitment process, etc). This role will be expected to deliver these trainings both in-person and virtually.
•In close collaboration with HR Partners and local coordinators, ensure that strong on-boarding initiatives are created and executed for all new hires.
•Participate and/or lead project teams that could be centered on various HR initiatives.

What are we looking for

•5+ years of recruitments experience (agency or corporate) with strong local recruitment market knowledge across Asia.
•Broad recruitment experience (i.e Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Creative, etc) for all levels of staff (interns, junior professionals, specialist, management, and senior leadership).
•Proven track record of recruiting top talent in the market and recognized by leadership as being a value add sparring partner.
•Strong communication skills both written & verbal. 
•Sense of urgency, and experience working at a fast pace while juggling multiple initiatives. 
•Ability to self-manage and prioritize, but natural ability to work well in a team.
•Outgoing, engaging personality that innately represents that culture of the LEGO Group.
