The Role:

Mission statement is to:

• Provide high quality service for the clients of XAPT Solutions in Dynamics NAV / AX / CRM related development.

Key purpose is:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV / AX / CRM development;
• Helpdesk support – for clients and colleagues.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities are:

• Implement and continuously learn Dynamics NAV / AX / CRM technology and installation process;
• Implement and continuously learn the functionality of the NAV / AX / CRM software and the parameters of the system;
• Learn and apply the XAPT implementation and documentation methodology;
• Actively participate in software development process (plan development, testing, bug detecting, bug fixing, discuss specifications, development);
• Understand business processes to enhance system development;
• Communicate any emerging problem and/or incomplete task, project status to the customer care manager in time;
• Prepare product documentation in line with XAPT standards;
• Actively participate in and contribute to the meetings of the developer team and corporate discussions;
• Other tasks and responsibilities defined by the direct manager.

Role requirements:

Education:

• College or University degree in Information Technology;
• At least mid-level degree in IT / Engineering;
• Production/logistics and accounting knowledge is a great advantage.

Professional experience:

• 3-5 years experience in ERP programming.

Technical and IT skills:

• .NET, MSSQL knowledge;
• Knowledge in X++ or C/AL will be considered as an advantage.

Special training / certification:

• In-depth knowledge of the products from XAPT Solutions portfolio;
• Basic certifications tests for implemented product is required;
• All other certifications related to programming are considered as advantage.

Language:

• At least intermediate English in spoken and written;
• Fluent local language in spoken and written;
• Second foreign language is considered an advantage.

Other skill requirements:

• Keeping self-up-to-date regarding AX/NAV/CRM related matters;
• Precise, thorough and quality work;
• Very good communication skills, both oral and written;
• Client oriented and service minded;
• Able to take responsibility;
• Confident and proactive;
• Result-oriented;
• Constant desire for development;
• Cooperative, good team player;
• Willing to learn new technologies and improve programming skills.
