Are you a people Leader with strong passion for talent acquisition? Here’s a fantastic opportunity for you to be a part of our Recruitment and Onboarding team in the LEGO® Group to help to bring the LEGO® Brand to life in Asia.

Become the Leader of Recruitment & Onboarding team for South East Asia and Australia/ New Zealand. (SEA/ ANZ)

• Provide strong leadership & directions/priorities to the Recruitment & Onboarding team
• Partner with Global recruitment, Asia Pacific HR Leadership team to create strategy for recruitment in SEA/ ANZ
• Responsible for supporting the development of LEGO SEA/ ANZ’s recruitment channels to ensure strong brand awareness across the market (identifying effective channels to advertise postings, social media tools, job fairs, partnerships with colleges, etc).
• Work in close collaboration with Recruiters, HR Business Partners and local HR coordinators to ensure that strong on-boarding initiative are created & executed for all new hires.
• Responsible for generating ideas and plans to ensure creative and fun programs are in place to keep new hires engaged and feeling well supported.
• Trains and supports leaders on our global on-boarding processes, and works closely to ensure effective plans are in place for new hires.

What we’re looking for

• Educational background is a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration 
• 8+ years of HR / In-house Recruitment in a regional capacity, or at least over 2 countries
• 2+ years experience using HR systems e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft.
• Background of recruiting different disciplines.
• Ability to challenge but bring effective and innovation solutions to the table
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
