In this role, your key responsibility will be to manage and grow our solutions business. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including but not limited to the following!
- Business Development - ideation and pitching
- Account Management
- Recruitment and hiring
- Working closely with our Bangalor team to ensure high standards of delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience
On a regular basis, you will collaborate, brainstorm, argue, work and have coffee with a bunch of intelligent people with diverse backgrounds. You should be able to enjoy that. Also required are
- A total work experience of 8-12 years in Sales / Marketing / Business Development/ Account Management/ Consulting. (Role to be commensurate with experience)
- Experience of having worked in an agency environment and having managed complex projects.
- Track record of having built teams and businesses in the communication space.
- Ability to think on your feet and a knack of finding solutions to difficult problems.
- Ability to pitch and present confidently.
- Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural environment.
