Reporting to the VP of Portfolio Management and Sales Operations, the WW Director of Client & Consumer Storage Portfolio Management organization is responsible for planning, forecasting, achievement and optimization of revenue and gross profit for the HGST Client and Consumer HDD portfolio of products.
The Director of Client & Consumer Storage Portfolio leads the segment’s business execution through effective market and customer strategies with active management of segment’s business strategy, financial planning, forecasting, pricing, business agreements and product allocation. The Portfolio Leader develops portfolio strategy with detailed analysis of market, competitive and product dynamics. Leads all RFQ, Price List and Deal management activities for HGST’s Client & Consumer Storage Portfolio. Prepares and presents segment forecast and plans for executive and corporate review.

The successful candidate possesses outstanding GTM vision and execution skills in PC Notebook, Set-top-box, Gaming and Personal Storage market, technology and supply chain. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong thought, personal, business and people leadership skills. The candidate must collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to win together. The Portfolio leader must thrive in change, creating opportunities and be agile in uncertainty. The Portfolio leader must take initiative and ownership, foster innovation and be passionate about the exciting possibilities in our future.
MBA, 7 years of relevant leadership experience, Strong analytical skills, experience working across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Sales Operations, outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation is requried.
Storage Industry experience; Background in Product Management, Sales Operations or Revenue Finance; Salesforce.com expertise; Planning and Pricing industry best practices and Internal and external negotiation; advanced proficiency level in excel, Powerpoint, SAP, Essbase, Pricing process development, tools and analytics is preferred.
