Solutions Architect (Dynamics NAV or GP) Sikich - Chicago, IL

We are looking for individuals to be the primary resource for Dynamics NAV and/or GP solutions to support new and existing customer sales and conduct business process reviews for organizations using NAV

Responsibilities:
•     Conduct presales activities related to Dynamics NAV opportunities including:
o  Discovery sessions with prospects
o  Preparation and delivery of product demonstrations
o  Preparation of estimates for software and services for proposals
o  Conduct hand off meetings to transfer knowledge of the client to the implementation team

•     Support Customer Account Managers with existing customer sales:
o  Provide product demonstrations to existing customers as needed
o  Record demonstrations of specific functionality for use by CAMS and consultants

•     Conduct Business Process Reviews:
o  Engage in paid and unpaid projects to review existing clients’ use of ERP and author recommendations for improving systems and procedures

•     Other activities as designated by the Partner-in-Charge of PreSales:
o  Demonstrations in support of marketing activities
o  Self training of NAV functionality and industry information
o  Support of customer user group meetings as needed

Requirements:
•     Broad knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 
•     Able to demonstrate the flow of information within Microsoft Dynamic NAV
•     Ability to confidently and articulately present solutions over the phone and in person 
•     Experience working with a wide range and types of companies and executives within them
•     Prior AX consulting experience
