Inside Sales, AWS Singapore (for INDONESIA territory)

As an Inside Sales Representative with Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be an important member of the business development and marketing organization, playing a critical role in qualifying marketing leads and providing input to marketing on which programs generate the best leads. 

Working in collaboration with marketing, business development, and the partner channel, the Inside Sales Representative’s primary objective is to deliver & Business Ready&; tele-qualified leads to the business development team he/she supports.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for prospecting and new business acquisition for assigned territory and meeting assigned objectives “established by company e.g. telequalified leads.
  • Ability to identify opportunities during the tele-qualification process.
  • Understand the business development process and is able to overcome competitive business objections and position products against competition and satisfy customer needs.
  • Ability to articulate and deliver prepared business talks that describe Amazon Web Services products, services, and pricing in order to persuade potential customers to adopt AWS.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly call volumes, tele-qualification, and set business goals.
  • Maintain a prescribed cadence of out-bound activity.
  • Stay current on Amazon Web Services products, technology and business technical certifications.
  • Provide business development team with detailed call notes on all tele-qualified leads.
  • Record all customer information and maintain detailed tele-qualification records, in the CRM on each prospective customer.
  • Partner effectively with appropriate Inside / Outside business development team.
  • Representatives to schedule appointments with prospective customers and pass qualified opportunities to the business development team.
  • Serve as internal business support and field questions from prospective customers.
  • Bahasa Indonesia language skills - MANDATORY
  • 2+ years of high tech tele-marketing experience.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals.
  • Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Professional, ambitious, determined and results oriented mind set
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
  • Basic knowledge of server technology
  • Knowledge of CRM and SAP programs
  • Education and Experience.
  • BS or BA desired
  • Previous experience in high technology or B2B space
