Marin Software is seeking a Customer Success Director to join our team in our San Francisco office to drive customer adoption and success within a defined set of customers. Acting as trusted advisor and coach, this individual is key to articulating the value of our platform and responding to customer issues and understanding their strategic business goals.

This is an on-site, full-time salary plus performance incentive position located in our San Franciscooffice. Marin pays market-leading compensation and provides Equity participation, best in class comprehensive health plans including medical, vision and dental. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of a portfolio of client accounts with the goal of fostering long-term business relationships and continued growth
- Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment
- Identify and grow opportunities within client accounts
- Help negotiate and drive renewals to a successful completion
- Serve as an escalation point for issues that impact the customer’s success
- Work collaboratively with other customer facing personnel in the Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management departments
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of Digital Marketing industry experience.
- Experience with online high media, selling software or software-as-a-service.
- Track record of Customer retention and growth in past positions.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS degree. Preferably MBA.
